Privacy Policy
Effective June 1, 2026
QSI is designed to hold as little of your data as possible. The short version: we store nothing. This page explains exactly what that means.
We store nothing
When you use the live demo on this site, the text you type is processed transiently, in memory, only for the moment it takes to produce a demo result — and then it is gone. We do not log it, save it, or build a record of it. There is no database of prompts, answers, or results tied to you.
No accounts, no payment
There is no sign-up, no account, and no payment on this site. We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact details unless you choose to email us directly — in which case we hold your message only to reply.
How we use your IP address
Your IP address may be used in memory, for a brief moment, to rate-limit the demo and protect the service from abuse. It is not stored long-term and is not used to profile, track, or identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This site is cookieless. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools. The only cookies that may be set are strictly-necessary security cookies from our network provider (Cloudflare) to protect the service; these are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Analytics
If we use analytics at all, it is privacy-preserving and cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which measures aggregate traffic without tracking individuals across sites and without storing personal profiles.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for the limited, in-memory processing described above is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and understanding aggregate, non-identifying usage. We do not rely on consent because we do not set tracking cookies or build profiles.
Who processes data for us
To run this site we rely on a small set of infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare (United States) — content delivery and security.
- Vultr (United States) — hosting.
- An AI inference provider — processes demo prompts transiently to produce a result; the prompt is not retained by us and is not used to train models on your behalf.
International transfers
Our providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, those transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and/or Data Privacy Framework (DPF) commitments.
Retention
None. Demo processing is transient and nothing about it is retained. The only data we keep is an email you deliberately send us, kept only as long as needed to correspond with you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the CCPA you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. In practice, because we hold no persistent personal data about visitors, there is typically nothing for us to retrieve or erase. We do not sell personal information. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to us and we will remove it.
Children
This site and QSI are not directed at children and are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
